"I’ve never been to a bowling alley before so this was my first experience. My aunt took me and my mom there. I had a great time. The place is really nice and well maintained however we had a small issue a couple of times with the machine that was supposed to take the pins down. Other than that, I had a lot of fun and I even played a car racing game in the arcade and came second. Would definitely do it again when I get back to New Jersey."

"This place is super special. I had a great time bowling with friends. You rent the lane for a specific price per hour, shoes included. We played 3 games in that hour and had a blast. Get out and bowl if you haven't done it in a while, it's a lot of fun!"

"This is the worst experience I ever had with bowling. Service was terrible and slow. We went there on Sunday 6pm and it was not busy at all. We got two lanes for our group, 1hr each, BUT we ended up spending 15mintues just to fix the lane problem that is clearly on the bowling house. They assigned the lane, but did not turn on the machine so no gate or balls were retracting back. Also atleast one pin was always missing...for everyone's turn. Honestly, the person on the front desk was worse. I understand she had a long day, but I could tell that she did not wanted to talk to us when we asked for the lanes. All she did was nod. I felt so disrespected as a customer. BTW, she is not mute. She talks with her coworkers just fine. This is definitely not the place you want to spend time with if you do care about the quality, time and money. It's not cheap nor good with service or feedback. Avoid at all cost people..."

"Front desk lady with dreads and nose ring had a terrible attitude and honestly a lack of reasoning. Came in for their Thursday hour deal at 10:30pm. More than half the lanes empty when we walked in. Asked about the deal and desk lady said they weren’t doing it. I asked how come, since I was there just the week prior and they honored it. She have me an explanation the deal was only valid after 8:30pm. Which made no sense because it was after that time. I told her it was after that time and we just wanted to bowl for an hour. She replies with, yes but its 10:30. I politely asked if they could please squeeze us in, and she responds with “Yes, for (double the price than the deal)”. All of this with an arrogant smile on her face while doing so. I refused to pay the regular price not out of it being expensive, but rather out of principle of how they treat their customers. I would have been there every week were it not for this nasty front desk worker. I believe she just didn’t want to get us a lane since it was approaching closing time, although we would have been done with our hour and out before closing."
